They don't even deserve a star. I have been paying for the union for the last 7 years and not once had they been helpful. Especially Tarun. He's scared of the manager and starts agreeing with him. He has the audacity to tell me 'do this acting' 'do these hand gestures'. If I have to do everything myself, why am I paying the union?! Appalling! An absolute waste of money! Please don't even bother signing up with them. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Cannot comment on the premises, after the treatment i got from the company, over the events that cost me my job. The branch secretary sided with the company, the legal representative was like a child having an argument with a adult and loosing, so I have no regard for this company.

After becoming a member and a rep for nearly 6 years I was unfairly dismissed by my employer and the union did not have my back, they chickened out, abandoned me and I had to use my own no win no fee scolisitor who won me a settlement. USDAW full of hot air and no action.
