    Whatever you do - DO NOT do business with this company. Also known as PACKED DIRECT they sell through AMAZON – they do not give returns as they use Amazon to pick up their refund tab. They are currently working to supply travel bags that meet the size requirements for cabin bags for Easy Jet and other airlines, cashing in on baggage size restrictions. The quality of the size approved (45 x 36 x 20 cm) cabin bags is utterly abysmal and perhaps even the so call 'approved item' status they have from the Airline Industry is questionable. While returning an item they sent me pics of another item saying that it had been used and denied the refund without even entering into discussion. The item in question I returned unused and un-damaged, it was returned same day as I recievd it because of the sub-standard product quality. I attach the pics they sent me, of supposed 'damage' and travel wear, there is absolutely no way this was the same item I returned! Look elsewhere for your travel items.
