This was our second office relocation with Ben at URSPACE. As a growing publicly listed Fintech venture capital company, we required larger offices in the EC1 and EC2 London submarkets. Having identified a suitable office that satisfied our headline requirements - one of the challenges to overcome was our timing as our existing lease didn’t expire for six months. Ben was able to structure a deal that not only allowed us to benefit from above market incentives to bridge this gap but also minimised our exit costs on our older offices.
