My son was poorly yesterday and the team were really concerned and wanting to give us the right advice and treatment. FAULT DIAGNOSIS FAULT DIAGNOSIS FAULT DIAGNOSIS Worst clinic, I have paid £100 to diagnose, and the nurse inside not even understanding what actually happening to me, and just keep say “if you are getting worst, you should find someone else” Be honest, I will never head back to this clinic anymore. Waste of my money and time.

I am completely satisfied. The best place to be if you are trying your GP's reception for a week, but being constantly sent to the pharmacy for a consultation and being assured that there's 'nothing to worry', while you've been awake for the last three nights with a sore throat, you are in pain and can hardly speak... Indeed, no worries (sarcasm ). I called today at 9.30 and at 11.30 I was already at the reception. No problems with the same day appointment at all. And it's so nice to see friendly, smiling faces after feeling like a 'foot ball' for a week and trying to prove that you really feel bad. Well, seriously now. Very good, very convenient, fast, professional. Relaxing atmosphere. Staff is really helpful. The doctor is attentive. And yes, it turned out that I do have a problem. Throat spray from pharmacy wouldn't work! As for the cost of services, I will not discuss because everyone has their own views on 'expensive or not'. In any case, you can find the prices on the website and I think it is quite reasonable for the quality of service. The clinic does not have its own parking, but given that it is in the city centre and there are many small parking lots around, it was not difficult for me to find a place. This review is for a 15-minute face-to-face consultation. Haven't used other services yet.

This morning I called to get my heyfever injection, I managed to get a cheaper rate as they had an offer on. My appointment was booked for 2hrs after my call, I arrived I had a consultation first with a doctor, I explained to her my previous medial history and we decided that the injection was the best option for me. Amy administered my injection, she was so friendly and welcoming, she went through all of the side affects and double checked my medical history also printed off a booklet of information about the injection. Would definitely recommend, fast and easy process

Appointment within 1.5 hrs on a Saturday , antibiotics prescribed. Far better option than waiting for the GP to open on Mon and attempt to get an appointment. Son on the mend. Not cheap but worth it in my opinion. Thanks.
