I aimed to use this service in 2022, for my wedding. Du and his company not only failed to provide me with a suit after numerous assurances that a suit is being made. At the end I had 2 weeks left and had to by a suit off the rack. After this experience I have reached out numerous times for a refund. I have yet to hear back from them

Nice guy but has poor communication skills. Paid for shirts to be made back in April, recieved word the materials had arrived after six weeks. Then was told the materials had not arrived the following week. This carried on until late July when he finally agreed to a redund. 30 days later and he still had not provided a refund. The excuses started to come and he promised I was first among his creditors to pay back, he was waiting on a payment from a client to reimburse me. It has now been six months with no shirts or the £300 refund. Nice guy but no credit to his words.

I used Urbvngent for alterations after losing some weight - both for my work suits and day to day wear, including some of my favourite blazers and jeans. Du was able to come out on a home visit and was extremely flexible, which really helped as I have limited time. I have no hesitation in recommending his services - he is the best in the business and clearly has an eye for detail. All of my clothes were returned swiftly and now fit beautifully. What can I say about Du as an individual and tailor - his service, knowledge and craft are incredible. There's no one better. I recently asked him to do some tapering, taking in and taking up for a wedding suit and various work trousers of mine and the turnaround time from measuring to completion was fantastic. HEROES! I had a graduation in less than 24hrs and needed a quality and reliable tailors to fit my jacket for me, I called URBVNGENT and I was reassured that they could get this sorted for me within 6hrs and could even deliver my jacket to me at the end of the working day. I arrived at the tailors and immediately received great customer service and was made to feel comfortable and was reassured that I would have my jacket tailored for me by the end of the day. After receiving my jacket, it was tailored to perfection and I was extremely pleased and grateful for the customer care and quality. I would HIGHLY recommend and will be using their services in the future!

Du looked after me and my 7 best men for my wedding. he worked with me to help choose a style of suit that fit with the theme of the wedding, and provided a full document of different colours, styles and accessories to develop an idea of what i liked. after we had chosen the suit, Du came round and completed a full fitting for us all, to ensure the suit fit exactly how we wanted and provided excellent tips and tricks to show us how to wear suits in the future also. the turn around for the alterations was very quick with all 7 suits altered and delivered to my home within a week and provided with suit bags and personalised name tags for each suit bag also. After care was superb also, one best man had lost weight for the wedding and Du was quick to collect and alter his suit to fit accordingly with no fuss or concern. a fast, bespoke tailoring service which provided total customer care for our wedding day, i would, and have already recommended Urbvn Gent to anyone requiring tailoring or advice around the topic.
