Having lived in an ensuite room for 5 months, I moved into a studio. That is a quite spacious room with a broad view. The layout of the room is really good. Every one in onsite management team is kind and warm.

Almost every on-site management staff is kind and helpful. With respect to the ensuite room in 2-person flat, it is slightly smaller than that in 6 person flat, and the price is correspondingly lower. The sound insulation effect of rooms is ok. Internet is relatively fast and stable. Some mattress has deformed and need to be replaced, I guess it is because the mattress are too soft. It is noticed that ensuite rooms are not exclusive for postgraduates or undergraduates. If you want to live with students in the same grade as you, it is better to book from your school accommodation service. Generally good.

I've lived here for about a year since September 2020. I've experienced several accommodations, but this place is first one that I would like to write review on something. Great place. I'm just listing down my experience and some facts that people would care when they choose accommodation, 1.Bus stops, tubes (district, circle, metropolitan lines) are very near. 2. Staff: ;never had any unpleasant experience 3. Maintenance: Regularly check if everything's fine. Quick response for request (staff response usually on the day or following day) 4. Various markets are near. (Tesco, M&S, Co-op, Sainsbury's, Asian market, Boot's etc) 5. Starbucks is just 1 step away from this accommodation 6. Wifi connection is great. You would hardly have internet connection issue. 7. You may want fans during summer, but you also can visit study space during daytime 8. Laundry: there is laundry room on the base. You need to use app for this (is it common in UK?), never had a problem. 9. Delivery: reception desk will store yours. 10. There are two lifts in the building, (it's 10 floors) 11. Staff always kindly answer your queries and request. 12. Feel quite safe area nearby the accommodation To be honest, I had no person who lives next to my room, so I'm not sure noise issue, but I'm sure you can adjust any issues with staff here. I came here on 1 of March this year. Receptionists are helpful and friendly. The big shared kitchen is managed to be clean all the time. I am glad to have a room in the corner which is bigger than others haha. And glad to meet many dear friends here. Sometimes we played games in the common room. There is also a printing machine downstairs which is very nice to use.
