Worked at the Residences in Deansgate Square for Urban Bubble, the office is a very toxic environment with bullying forcing employees to leave. One of my colleagues didn't even turn up to her "OWN" leaving party because she despised the management that much. In an office that had 5 employees when I started, 4 of them left. The cleaning staff are looked down on and extremely under supported by the management, they even hired a male ex homeless man working with 2 cleaning ladies when he had an active restraining order out on him from his ex wife!! The cleaning manager complained but was ignored as she was told "they have to watch his mental health" whilst I'm watching her mental health deteriorate on a daily basis. I would not recommend working for Urban Bubble they're a terribly unsupportive company. I was injured whilst on duty in the Residences and my manager marked it down as a "non work related injury" and they docked me £350 as I hadn't "finished my probation. Absolute joke of a company

Horrendous company, ignores emails from both tenants and landlords. After our lease ended they ignored our emails (which we sent to three different email addresses belonging to them) about returning our deposit, even after the landlord emailed that he was happy for us to get it all back. They also didn’t send us our Tenancy Deposit Protection Certificate at the start of the lease which we didn’t realise until we were trying to get the deposit back (though they did insure it, they just never gave us the details). After three months we sent an email stating that if we didn’t hear back from them by the end of the week we’d take legal action - strangely enough, we heard back from them within a couple hours with some bull excuse 🙄. Don’t be stupid like us, if they’re ignoring your emails put a dispute in with the TDS before the three month time limit ends.

Moved into an urbanbubble property in October 2022. They don't seem staffed to respond to emails, and a mistake somewhere in the organisation meant they chased me for more than £4,500 of service charge from the year preceeding my purchase of the property.

Apart from Nick, who has been ALWAYS punctual, attentive, caring & extremely helpful, the rest of the Company is a complete disaster! You just cannot rely on them, and the last example is the chaos and the awful situation they put me through after what it was supposed to be a basic & ordinary "fire inspection". They do really live in their own bubble, where customers' needs are not considered and poor service is their signature! And knowing that my landlord pays these clowns a big amount of money every Year to do NOTHING or make mistakes, it totally drives me crazy. WORST Company ever!!! Ps. Their replies in the last 2 days are only LIES and simply laughable! I would go out my way to discourage others from using this Company's services, PROMISE!!!
