If could give 0 stars would. Taken money and no response. Looks to have ceased trading without even contacting customers. Now out of pocket and no where to stay. Absolutely appalling.

I experienced exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer. I booked to stay for one night for last July. After chasing for details of getting into the apartment a week or so before I received an automatic the apartments are closed response. No surprise in the circumstances last year, but after lots of emails and empty refund promises and direct messaging via other platforms with the company owner, I still got nothing. Clearly there was no intent on ever refunding the money. Fortunately it was only for the deposit of one night, but it is the principle of being treated so poorly. I feel very sorry for the one named person that did reply to my email once, imagine working for such unprincipled owners/employers. Frustratingly, although I paid on credit card, it was too long after the credit company cut off period to claim it back (as kept getting advised a refund was coming). So all I can do is hope people see this review and avoid dealing with this and associated companies.

Paid a deposit for a stay in April 2020 which was obviously cancelled. A few months later I received an auto response to an email I'd sent saying the company had ceased trading. I did however receive a response assuring me that a refund would be processed. This has not happened and now my emails are being ignored. No answer on the phone. Disgraceful and untrustworthy people. Whilst I sympathize with the landlords, keeping people's hard earned money when they need it more than ever is simply not fair. I wish you the unsuccessful future you deserve for testing people like this.

I booked apartments for April 2020, giving a deposit of nearly £500. To date, no one has got back to be regarding a refund despite emailing numerously. Whilst I’m sympathetic to all business, given the circumstances, it is not right to ignore customers and keep their money.
