    I couldnt recommend this company enough, very friendly and very professional. I was very nervous but Becca and Lee were both amazing, made me feel very safe and comfortable. Really was brilliant day so much fun I will definatley be doing it again.

    Left extremely disappointed and hugely frustrated after booking and paying for two places for hydrospeeding and no one from the company showing up at all to run the session. We drove over an hour to get to the designated location, and waited a further hour with no way of getting hold of anyone from Hydrospeeding UK (the main telephone number is a mobile device which was going straight to voicemail during the whole experience). When we finally did speak to someone they had no idea where the team who were meant to lead the session were. The person we spoke to acted fairly indifferently to the impact on us. No offer to refund the fuel costs we incurred or apologise for the fact their mistake had wasted most of a day of our holiday. I had to call again today to ask when I was going to receive my refund! Generally unprofessional and in my personal opinion unable to cope with operating a viable business at scale. If you decide to go ahead and book with this company I advise you to triple check that you are actually scheduled in, and confirm the location where the activity will run (which the guy also admitted is unclear on the website). Feeling very sad we were left low and dry from this whole experience.
