The Job took a long time as most of the time he worked half days. This resulted in some work being left unfinished. We could not get him to commit to finish the work. He agreed to refund a small amount of the total we had paid. We have not received this refund despite numerous phone calls and emails and promises it would be paid. A real shame that he was dishonest with us.
