Really disappointed with their service and communication. I recently placed an order for a Coilmaster Kit Mini, after a few years from a building hiatus I decided to give the hobby a return. Ordered various bits from the web and decided to order this item. I placed the order with Royal Mail Tracked 24. After a week waiting I called the store to see if they knew where it was, after a short time on the phone I was told that they had received the order but it hadn’t yet been sent out. The lady confirmed my number and said the manager would call me tomorrow morning. No call came and instead I’d noticed they had refunded that day via an email notification… no explanation. Really put a dampener on making my first build, new mech, new atomiser, new batteries, new juices were all sat waiting whilst I was waiting for my coiling kit to come. Resorted to wrapping the old way around a screw driver, wasn’t the experience I was looking for
