    Fantastic work outs on Sundays! The trainers are incredibly talented professional coaches and life-loving individuals! The work outs on Sundays in Hyde Park are incredibly effective, very fun, challenging, invigorating and the motivation from the coaches is very positive, direct, light-hearted. I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT because I'm doing what I love with the diverse and inclusive group of people that love movement, sports, life and want to be a part of the community. THIS IS the BEST thing I've found in LONDON. Very positive energy.
