We decided to try our dogs out with an overnight dog sitter during a short trip. After finding some excellent recommendations on Facebook we found Urban Tails. From the very beginning Emma was so friendly, informative, responsive to our questions and nothing was too much trouble. The dogs had the time of their lives with Emma. Emma even went out of her way to keep us updated all day with pictures, videos and a chat to put our minds at ease. We would 100% recommend Urban Tails to anybody looking for doggy daycare and/or boarding xx

Emma is a wonderful dogminder. Our dogs love going there and we never worry about them because we know they will be so well looked after. Emma sends regular updates with photos so you know how they are getting on. She genuinely loves what she does. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a safe haven for their dogs while they are away.
