I stayed at their Shard View property for two weeks whilst self-isolating and found it to be most comfortable. The staff was very friendly on the phone and even offered to store my luggage as I was arriving quite early. I found them to be quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the local area as well so this was a nice welcome to London. The apartment though was fantastic! Lift access to all floors, and though situated in an old library building the interior is modern and the windows are all double-glazed too which I found comforting now during this cold snap. The internet could have been a bit faster, but all in all I would highly recommend.

Very poor service and quality of apartment. Complaints not handled promptly at all and false promises made of refund or compensation which was offered via email. Will not be using them again and advise you to use Veeve or another booking service.
