Don’t bother!! I wish I had listened to the reviews from other people before paying a ridiculous amount of money for such a cheap flat with a miserable host. On my day of arrival I was disappointed the flat didn’t look like the pictures — it was very outdated, there were gross stains on the pillows, furniture and walls, the rug was dirty and falling apart, and the window was literally cracked. Throughout my stay there were flies everywhere, so much noise, the wifi kept going out, and the hot water barely worked (the mold in the shower sure was prospering though)! Overall the place felt like a hostel or motel…definitely not the nice “serviced apartment” as advertised… I definitely suggest just staying in a hotel instead, I wish I had

I am not one to spread bad vibes, but I think people should know about this place before they book at this location. We stayed in flat 1 for 5 days and when we got there, the 2nd bathroom had a VERY strong odor of sewage. My wife put in a request to get it fixed and they sent someone on the last day we were there. They also said when we booked the room that there was cooling fans in the room... there aren't. We had to open the windows in the living room because the window in the big bedroom was locked shut and we were unable to get it open... however, there was construction going on literally right outside that window and there were no screens on any of the windows for safety or to keep bugs out. Kept getting flies in the room due to this. Additionally, the street outside was insanely loud. Sirens at all hours are incredibly loud when the windows have to be open so the apartment doesn't feel like you're hanging out with a dude with a pitchfork. Also, on our 4th day there, the lock code stopped working so we got locked out of the apartment. My wife called the emergency line and they said they couldn't find our reservation and wouldn't help us. Lucky, someone in the building had to fix the front pad and we were able to get in. This was an awful experience for our family. Sorry for the bad vibes, but people need to know.

Stayed here for 2 months for a work project and enjoyed my stay very much. Location is excellent, very close to Portobello Road Market, local restaurants, shop and tube station. The apartment had everything from washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Will book again!
