I would avoid this agency at all costs. We rented with urban spaces and had to break our lease because the flat was poorly maintained and in need of major plumbing repairs. It was filthy when we moved in (despite them assuring us it would be cleaned). We lived there for 3 months with no shower because they couldn't get the landlord to make adequate repairs. We were told to get a gym membership to bathe. After paying our deposit and an additional month's rent to move out, they promptly moved a new tenant in without apparently making the required repairs. They were unresponsive and difficult to deal with throughout. Overall, a miserable experience with an unreliable company.
