Since the below review UR have apologised and helped me out with another helmet. This is appreciated but my faith has been knocked, hopefully they'll learn from the experience... Absolutely shocking customer service, I purchased an Arai helmet which came in a used and dirty condition. It was obviously an ex display helmet, this itself is completely inexcusable but I received very little in the way of apologies but was sent another new one. The helmet didn't feel right size wise so I asked for replacement cheek pads. I was told I could BUY them?! After a LOT of to and fro'ing they agreed to send me a pair to swap out. Unfortunately the helmet didn't feel right around my head so I exchanged it for a larger one. This didn't fit well either, I'm obviously a Shoei head! I said I would order a Shoei instead but I most likely would need thicker cheek pads as I already have a Shoei so know this. I was told AGAIN I would have to purchase cheek pads!? Even when Shoei offer a pad exchange program! Everything previous to this has been fine, if you need a helmet fitted correctly go elsewhere.

Super knowledgeable and passionate about the stuff they sell. Definitely check youtube channel of this store. I bought a Hedon classic helmet and the sizing is precisely described on website, even better and more accurate then on the original Hedon pages ( i took size L for 58 cm intermediate oval head). Caring bag for helmet was missing from the box and customer service was super kind to locate it in the store and ship it next working day <3 Thank you Izabela. Looking forward for next piece of gear
