Really pretty Studio, brand new equipment. I'd never done pilates before and rachel was really nice and understanding, she showed me how to do moves when I wasn't sure. I also had an injury in my foot and she showed me how to do alternatives when I couldn't do it exactly. Would definitely recommend! Thanks 😁

I’ve been to Urban Pilates Hoxton a few times now and I absolutely love it! The space has such a calming, friendly atmosphere as do the lovely staff, both the instructors and the studio manager Rachel. After signing up for the introductory offer I received a call for me to pay for the sessions and eventually did on the same night with my friend as it looked like a good deal. After paying, the email said I would receive a call within 48 hours to book my first class. Sadly I didn’t receive any calls or instructions to book and am currently unable to reach them by call, text, or Instagram DM. Quite disappointed as I saw others experiencing something similar on google reviews too. Unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this in hopes that they will take action from here.

Updated: Finally was able to book and get in contact with someone. They were happy to help and have good details on the schedule/best class for me start. In reference to the comment below, I had bought Sunday (not yesterday) and received an email the same day. Followed up on Tuesday. Called Wednesday and left initial review, and was sorted Wednesday after I left review. Anyways, happy to have it sorted now and looking forward to trying the studio.
