Came up from London and the Mrs surprised me with this felt truly fantastic after leaving and during the session. My Mrs also felt rejuvenated by the experience and content. Had two treatments and use of the pool, sauna and steam room. The two treatments we went for were head, shoulder and back massage and a facial. Laurivania and Emily were both brilliant at their jobs and made us feel relaxed. Only down side was communal changing room in pool area and having to be dressed to go through to have spa treatments. Would be better to have private changing rooms and to go through to treatment room with a bathrobe or towel as we were having to undress and dress 4 times.

I booked the Total Touch Indulgence package whilst it was on special offer but I would pay full price for it as the service and experience was 1st rate and one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Kionna was professional, polite, and excellent. I will definitely book in with her again.
