Just wanted to send a quick review of the excellent service I received from the helpdesk at Urban yesterday. Javed was one of the most knowledgeable and professional guys Ive ever spoken to. He was efficient in his delivery of reinstating our one drive and 365 services optimisation. This was followed up by his team supervisor after completion, checking everything was ok before they closed out the ticket and asking if there was anything more they could do for us. I would have given 6 stars if I could and would thoroughly recommend anyone who needs IT support to contact them swiftly as the team are exceptional. Six stars service ........... I used Urban Network in a previous company, and subsequently closed the account when the businesses merged. However despite confirmation that account has been closed, we have still been paying for their services that apparently we are using, despite being told account is closed?!! I have now cancelled direct debit so they cannot continue to debit our account. I have tried emailing, and calling, but had no response. No one ever answers customer service or accounts phone line, only sales phone line. Confirming that this company is only interested in generating sales and not delivering a quality service to its clients. I did speak to a receptionist who said he would pass on message, still no response. The Customer service at Urban Network is non existent. I would strongly urge anyone considering using Urban Network to seek their IT services and support elsewhere.
