We found this place by sheer luck when going to park and saw it advertised. Took our little pug to check it out, it was very spacious and clean and we were so happy to be immediately greeted by a sweet brown dog and helpful staff. Was shown around the facility and was told of what we needed, decided to get the information to give it a try. Our dog was scared walking on the parking lot floor before we went in but once he left he was walking with confidence and was SO happy! Can easily see he had a great time. If we were closer we'd easily come more often! Would highly recommend for any in the area, just make sure vaccinations and such are up to date and have the information ready :)

Aways been a pleasure bringing my chow chow here. Rachel & Gregg have always taken care of him & myself when we book/arrive at the groomers. This place takes care of my chow chow even though he is quite big. Would defo recommend bringing your pup here.

We used them three times for day care only , we let our dog stay there in 4 hours , 6 hours and 8 hours when we went to the London with our dogs. The location is really convenient, but only can go there though the car park, because the shopping mall isn’t dog allowed.

Absolutely phenomenal place. I've never seen anything like it. From the minute I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I loved their vibe. It is a great atmosphere, and you can feel the love and care put into this special dog, haven! I was lucky enough to see behind the scenes, and the level of love professionalism that goes into looking after those dogs is beautiful. They genuinely care about them n ensure they are well looked after happy and safe even get taken for walks. I would highly recommend them for your dog day care needs. You won't be disappointed. A* service.

I took ralphy (my pug) to URBAN MUTTS westfield london on sunday and attended the yoga with your dog. I am lost for words and dont know where to start. This place is perfect in every shape of form for your dog and they have everything you need from a spa room for your dog to the play area for your dog to the HOTEL ROOMS!! To the ROOM SERVICE FOR YOUR DOG!! Every room has a thermostat inside in. I could not believe it until i saw it. The members of staff are so warming, friendly and welcoming (Greg and Rachel) Ralphy had other dogs to socialise with and hang around with he absolutely loved every minute of it. Ralphy will be staying over at #URBANMUTTS and im so happy that something like this place exists i know he will be in safe hands and i know he will enjoy his stay. Absolutely worth every penny in my opinion as they have so much to offer. Thanks urban mutts for being there for our dogs 😊

Wonderful from nose to fluffy tail 🐶 I highly recommend Urban Mutts, all teams at the back and the front, along with dog-helpers. I have been dropping my young and energetic dog here weekly, for nearly a year. At the beginning I was worried that my dog would be too intense or would not settle in well due to some separation anxiety. The team at the front desk were incredibly supportive, patiently listening to each of my concerns and picking up on character traits that only the closest observers of my dog could - meaning I felt my bouncy dog was in truly safe hands! The people here are SO attentive to little details (upset tummy at the moment, nibbling a paw more than usual, taking a disliking to barking…) the stuff that daily life with a dog brings. These caring aspects, along with occasional photos of cheeky dog antics, the passionate way they speak, dog tips, clean facilities and crucially, a wagging sleepy dog at pick up time have made a huge difference in my life - and my dogs! Here’s to more air conditioned, caring and secure adventures with Urban Mutts. Thank you!
