Awful experience. Incredibly poor customer service, I will never shop her again. Rude, condescending and unprofessional. Wouldn’t trust these lot with any future purchases. KEEP AWAY in my opinion! Seems to be a lot of poor reviews on here for this company and a lot of excuses from them. Should tell you everything you need to know. It’s not a coincidence. The poor customer service seems to deeply routed and in bedded in every facet of this company. Would give zero stars if I could!

Love this shop but extremely disappointed due to some poor service. Washed a t shirt once went and extremely discoloured. Sent the item back and it got rejected with no sort of compensation. Loss of £50, won’t be shopping here again.

Bought a pair of Nike blazers at about 10am. They were 10 pounds cheaper than elsewhere and free delivery . They arrived the next day before 4pm to Northern Ireland. Was only a 2 - 3 day service. Absolutely brilliant you are waiting a week plus from other places!
