Firstly I m on a repeat prescription service, when our village pharmacy was run by its original owners mcgills, the service was brilliant and everything was delivered, now pickford's say I have to pick them up my mum has her delivered she's 84 Yr old unsteady on her feet and now they want to charge £4 for delivery yet they say they are a community focused pharmacy, I would recommend everyone to change pharmacies ASAP, if I could give them a zero star rating I would

I’m writing a review in the hope of some acknowledgment of my poor service. I have supported my local pharmacy for over 20 years. My concern today was met with disinterest and unclear explanations and I am extremely disappointed and upset. By the reaction I received todayI am sure your pharmacist will not lose sleep that I will go elsewhere now. However this is a short-sighted approach and I hope your other customers fare better! What a shame!
