Underwhelming visit š. Service was slow and the portion size for the superfood salad was ridiculously small. Childrenās meals were a good size though. I think this place would be great for drinks but a bit disappointing for food with a 12.5% service charge slapped on top.

The food was delayed for more than 1 hour. When we asked for second time when we were gonna be served the waiter advised that they were busy and we had ordered starters so that is why people that came after us were eating earlier. Then we had our seabass fillet that was only 1/4 of the fish. The beef patty of the burger had a burnt aroma and when we reported that they suggested that it is because it's cooked in the charcoal. We tried to give them the opportunity to correct the exceptionally bad dishes however the stuff provided us only with excuses in regard to what we have reported. The wine was really good but not good enough to take more than a star! Probably good for drinks but absolutely not recommended for food!

We were waiting more than an hour to been served. I ordered the sea bass fillet and the portion had 1/4 of the fillet. Definitely not value for money, I wouldnāt recommend it.

We visited Urban Garden for lunch when in Bournemouth for the first time last week and loved it so much we went back for breakfast the following day! The food is INCREDIBLE and the setting/decor makes you feel like you're abroad somewhere exotic. The best vibe with the friendliest staff. We're just sad we live 3 hours away and cannot visit regularly!

Great service, very good food and a lovely location and atmosphere. We visited with a dog and our 16 month old daughter, and the staff couldnāt have been more accommodating. We visited on a Thursday evening and it was just right, although I can imagine this place has its fair share of lively nights.
