On a recent visit to the Urban Fringe Dispensary I had hoped to ask for some advice and guidance regarding my health, needless to say I left feeling completely and utterly patronised and condescended. I was dealt with with ZERO compassion and was made to feel as though everything I have done so far to help myself had been completely wrong. No matter what I said or did, I was wrong. Absolutely nothing was done to make me feel at ease. I felt, and indeed believe I was, judged from the outset. The atmosphere fostered here did nothing to encourage my trust or even to feel rest assured. Nobody should ever be made to feel this way, least of all in the context health care and advice.

Great shop ; you can book an appointment for a consultation with the herblist Max - really kind, intuitive, wise and experienced, or purchase some of their off the shelf ointments, teas, tinctures, syrups. A wide array of affordable herbal remedies for many common complaints. Without the high prices or nasties of the pharmaceutical alternatives. Give nature a try first. Very warm and friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge they are happy to share. You feel better from just being in this lovely space.
