    I have noticed on your website you advise you are able to offer expert advise on a wide range of species including parrots. However you are disregarsing a major welfare concern by the selling of hand reared parrot species to the genral public. For those who are not aware hand rearing causes a wide range of abnormal behaviours and/or sterrotypes and/or physical defects and/or long term medical problems. Which is wjy it has been banned in several countries. It is dissapoint to see you a promoting this.

    Amazing! Knowledgeable friendly staff who took time to help advise us on our current pets habitats and future plans. Our bearded dragon and geckos have been much happier since being in their new vivariums with better suited heating and lighting thanks to the staff who helped us. Beautiful selection of animals to see and handle, including a really needy chameleon and a gorgeous skink who we really wanted to take home at the end of our visit. Worth the travel from Sheffield for sure, will be visiting again 👍

    Absolutely awesome shop! Really impressed with the range of products available but it’s the staff that really make this shop a great place. Visited for the first time this weekend and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Got some great advice about which plants would suit our reptiles and how to best plant and manage them for a successful bioactive set up. Will definitely be going back there again!

    Questioning the breeders here. I’m not convinced health screenings were done or that they were bred by a reputable, knowledgeable breeder. We’ve had 4 degus from here, 2 from the same litter having had dire dental issues. And suspecting the same in the 3rd. Starting at only 1 year of age. Which is insane. Dental issues are not usually seen till much much older and for 3 this is too coincidental. So far spent well over 2k on vet bills and treatments for surgery. I would like more info on who and where these animals are coming from and being bred by, and the conditions of the mother.
