    I share same views as the other reviewers… two brothers run this business and they are clearly over subscribed as you don’t get your machine back for months and the communication is terrible with texts not being answered. To begin with I thought I thought I’d given my machine away as you are asked to drop it off at a coffee shop without any paperwork etc Never met the technician only text and call.

    Used for a long time sadly things have changed Impossible to get hold of and didn’t bother to sort our issues that we needing to get sorted that we’re urgent. Was fast to get us to try and make us pay for poor service and unfinished work. AVOID if your a running Bussines as calls and messages don’t get answered for days and weeks…. Customer Service isn’t they game sadly .
