I’ve been going to Urban Couffier for a year or so now. It’s such a lovely salon to visit, all the staff are really friendly and you’re made to feel so welcome. I can’t recommend Laura enough, she is so easy to talk too throughout my appointments and I leave feeling amazing. She really listens to what you want. As a guy looking for a first haircut with long hair and not really knowing what to ask for and needing a lot of help, i stumbled across the perfect place, I was looked after by Laura who was very knowledgeable and has a background in men’s and women’s hair and understood how to cut men’s long hair in a more masculine way. Also as my first ever time in a salon I was made to feel very comfortable and Laura gave great advice while talking me through the process.
