Outstanding. Luke was very professional in his approach and clearly knew what he was talking about. I went from having virtually no movement in my shoulder to 80% in 6 treatments. The setup is extremely good with modern, clean facilities and equipment. Staff are very polite and helpful, overall I was extremely satisfied with my treatment here. Highly recommended.

I had an ongoing hamstring problem for months which I ignored until it got to the point that it was bothering me even when I was not excercising. After a consultation with Phil Evans he concluded that the problem was actually related to a very long standing back problem which was leading to weakness and misfiring of my gluteal muscles. I started on a programme to re train my glutes to work better and also acupuncture to reduces the tightness in the muscles effected in back, upper hamstring and glutes. I'm now several months down the treatment road and I can really feel a difference. Its going to be an ongoing process due to my long term back issues, its likely I'll need to keep up with rehab on a long term basis but thanks to Phil assessment skills and ongoing advice I feel that I'm definitely in a better place and well equipped to cope with this issue going forward. I would definitely use this service again and Urban Body would most definitely be on my recommendation list. Thank you to Phil and the team for all your help.

I was suffering a lot of back pain and it wasn't until I'd had around 6 or 7 sessions without a significant improvement over about 4 months (with an exercise routine between each session) that I was referred to my GP. I'm now waiting to see a consultant. I hope the delay hasn't caused any significant damage. Still in a lot of pain!
