I can’t thank Eddie enough for his kindness and service this evening. I was involved in a collision with another cyclist on my way home from work and by some amazing coincidence, Eddie happened to be walking by, he stopped made sure we were both okay before we realised my bike needed a little attention. Not only did he take the time out of his Friday evening to make sure we were okay, he also made sure my bike was safe to ride and gave me brand new parts (even ones he was saving for his own bike). Great service! Eddie is very efficient and knowledgeable and assembled the bike very quickly. He had good communication via whatsapp/phone to let me know when I could pick up the assembled bike. He also made the effort to ensure I was happy with the work he had done and was very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Urban Bike Guy was incredibly helpful, kind, and competent. Showed me a face of London that I hadn't seen.
