    Coffee and brunch used to be great but being let down by very poorly trained staff / understaffing at times. The stuff on the brunch menu is great - when the kitchen is open / taking orders, which seems erratic. For example I was told that the kitchen is not due to open until 12.30 on a Sunday.

    Quite decent speciality level coffee at the Wapping branch of this minichain. Properly executed - the milk in my flat white was properly stretched and in the right proportion to the coffee. Temperature was right too. Friendly staff. Usual very high London prices, but they become more reasonable if you are fortunate to live nearby and use their loyalty card, which brings the price down by 12.5% (each eighth coffee for free). EDIT May 23: quality is going down, the few last experiences were poor, coffee poorly prepared with staff very much under pressure. Adjusting the score accordingly.
