Charged me a £156 call out fee for a 15 minute consultation to investigate my hot water pressure. That's £10 a minute! Their contractor carried out no work at all, yet they seem to think it is reasonable to charge this just to turn up. Beware of management companies like Urang with ridiculous charges.

Absolutely dreadful company. The BIG JOKE is when Paul Cleaver the owner of the most corrupted urang would answer those negative feedback and would in all confidence pledge to sort out all those issues the minute he would put his magic hand on any problem. Simply DO NOT USE - U rang or U cry.

The worst property management company on earth. We’ve been “managed” by them for 18 months and just passed around from account manager to account manager. No one has provided us with our accounts over that time despite asking regularly, and the service charge they want us to pay is a joke. Listen to the negative reviews and avoid!

The main contacts for my block from Urang are Max Raymond and Isabel Pretorius. Max is on site once a week which is helpful when we need to catch him in person to discuss matters, although he can be hard to get hold of via e-mail or phone as he looks after multiple properties and is very busy! Isabel has been pleasant to deal with - eager to help, responsive to phone calls and emails and helps get Max's attention on any urgent items. Thanks for all the assistance.
