Craftmanship may be good, no idea. The workmen however will turn up early, and blare a radio that can be heard above a tv and through closed windows to all surrounding regardless, even if you work nights.

I would give 0 if I could! I had windows a door and fully guttering done and what we thought was a good job turned out really bad. My original gutters were ajoined to next door as we are semi detached and this company has just stuck end caps on my gutters and left my neighbour pouring with water over both our properties front and back. They knew about the problem and just ignored it, it took my neighbours across the road to bring to our attention, I have chased him up and he was just rude in his response firstly saying it isn’t his problem then saying he can sort it but hasn’t and can never give a firm and clear answer to my questions which is when it will get sorted! This is just not good enough from a company I chose from trust a trader, and I would not recommend this company. Ps I am still waiting for my neighbours end caps Been weeks since I flagged this problem with them.

Didn't turn up for initial consultation, had to rearrange, had to chase the actual quote, decided to go ahead with them & arranged for them to measure up (taking an afternoon off work) they didn't turn up, didn't call to apologise & never heard from them since. Needless to say we've gone elsewhere.

UPVC Windowcare have recently replaced all our windows and doors, completed a re-roof of the house and built a matching canopy from scratch. From our initial meeting to the completion of the work, Lee has been a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we wanted and gave us valuable input/suggestions based on his experience. Their quote was competitive and realistic and the work started promptly on the agreed start date. Lee maintained regular contact with us during the completion of the work to keep us updated providing peace of mind throughout. During the whole process we have found Lee to be very approachable, considered & methodical. Everything has been completed as expected and our house has been transformed as a result. We're really pleased with the finished job and couldn't recommend Lee & his team highly enough!
