Amazing service. Ordered two days ago, dispatched really quickly, arrived today. The window key was missing when we moved into our new house, and this was the perfect fit for our windows. Sadly the window we needed to unlock, as we have since discovered, is actually broken! So our mission continues...but at least we now have a key for the rest of the house:)

I ordered a lock on a next day service, which was marked as dispatched early in the morning the following day. I then receive an email in the late afternoon letting me know that they are out of stock and it was just how they work, they print all of the orders in the morning regardless if they have it or not and send tracking numbers out, then in the afternoon when they go to pick it they then start emailing the orders they can't fulfil. The management need to WAKE UP, sort your stock system out and do not leave it so late to pick and pack your orders if you do not even know what is there.
