It has been established for many years and has good, caring and knowledgeable Doctors and Nurses. There are some 30minute parking bays on nearby streets. Have been with this GP for over 13 years. Service standards have dropped massively over the years. No consistency with services, can't get through by phone without listening to an elongated "options menu", GPs aren't accessible easily and when you finally get an appointment, they won't see you if you're 5 min late - yet people cry about missing GP appointments costing NHS millions! All a numbers game. That's all you are to this practice, a number.

Had a 9.15 appointment but others were seen before me. When queried they looked confused and said they would notify the nurse after I had asked for a GP appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. 35 minutes over my appointment and still waiting, no other patients...

With this surgery over 12 years, use their services very rarely when I needed. my experience is good with them from booking appointments to medication. Some area may need improvement what I understand they've load of patients, surgery is busy most of the time and they shouldn't registering new patients.and can focus more on quality of services. Overall it is a good experience they look after me

You send a request over to this GP and they take upto a month just to process your request. Receptionists are so rude and have a harsh tone. This GP needs staff that actually want to help and work. Would give this GP 0 star if I could, horrible service and everything is so slow. The staff on front desk need to change their attitude and speak politely. Just cos I want to complain about a service they get offended when it's your fault for not doing your job properly. Ridiculous!

I’ve seen some bad reviews . I guess we all go there when very sick & we have no patience . Perhaps I’m lucky. All the staff are helpful to me even if busy. Dr Jyotika helps so much that she deserves a medal. I’ve moved to Essex but kept this as my doctors. From Adnan

Terrible, avoid like a plague. There are messages/posters all over the surgery about respecting staff however the staff make it a point to disrespect patients. Stinking attitude from doctors and receptionists. I write this as I hear staff being rude to a patient and then proceeding to badmouth him despite the patient saying absolutely nothing and having already left the surgery.
