Absolutely appalled by the horrendous customer service I received at @UPS NW5 london The guy at the reception flat-out refused to give me my package, even after @UPS customer support confirmed while on the phone in loud speaker there was nothing wrong. And to top it off, I asked for a manager and was denied! Now I will be filling a formal complaint on this member of staff for the absolute disrespect and obnoxious behaviour . I will not be buying products if they will be delivered by UPS ever again not will I be recommending this company to anyone .

1st day I got a notification for “attempted delivery” that never happened, after being told it was put on high priority delivery was not even attempted on the second day. Im trying to pick up the item myself as to not miss another day and not even that can be arranged! Terrible service!

Beyond terrible service. Arranged a collection and drop off for an item. Collection failed because the driver didn’t bother showing up. Then arranged for a 2nd day. Poor communication - between the main UPS help line and the depot there’s clearly zero communication and both say different things. Decided to drive to Bradford myself and do the drop off

This centre: People at this centre are very nice and helpful and if it weren’t for them taking my number and redirecting my package then I’m pretty sure it would have gotten lost in some warehouse. UPS: 0 stars!! I paid the customs charges for my package nearly a month ago. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks everyday to hear ‘Can i have payment authorisation code? I am sorry the system didn’t have that information. Your package will be delivered tomorrow’ Every day for the last 2 weeks. I genuinely think I will never see my package. I will never use UPS again in my personal or business transactions and will promote to all the businesses I work to avoid them too.
