    Visited yesterday to try buy some fabric for a project. I am very new to making my own clothing and the ladies in the shop were extremely unhelpful and just wanted to take my money. I strongly would recommend they work on there customer service as I left feeling rushed and let down. I wouldn't visit here again. The only person who actually helped me was a fellow customer overhearing my questions.

    Update: After this issue they offered a discount code but didn't inform me it expires. Coincidentally when I went to use it it had just expired. At this point if I could give - stars I would. Honestly don't bother, it took two weeks for my order to arrive and they sent me the wrong fabric. When I contacted them about it it took them two days to send the replacement and didn't even dispatch it tracked 24. At this point it's close to three week to get the correct fabric. Never had many issues with them in the past but unfortunately the customer service has gone down the plughole. It's worth paying a bit more on a different website.
