I had a very bad experience with this company and would NOT recommend it to anyone unless you want to be scammed. My sister bought an apartment in Paris and renovated it to new just a few months ago in order to rent it. First surprise, the price offered by the company was not 15% above market prices as promised but we also found her apartment on a short term apartment rental websit which my sister explicitly said she did NOT want. Upperkey had however assured her clients of theirs whom they knew would rent her apartment for a long term period...the apartment is now damaged. I am also very surprised by one of the recent comments below of someone recommending this company for buying and selling a home while UpperKey only does RENTAL property management...
