If there was an option for 0 stars I would give that. Myself and my son moved out of Kent, therefore registering with a new GP, I called this place to tell them we had moved & all was ok. I kept getting calls and texts from them about my son needing appointments, I repeatedly called back and explained we have a new GP and to kindly take us both off their service. They have now taken to calling my mother in law about my sons appointments. My sons file should not have my mother in laws number anywhere on it. I am absolutely furious that they have contacted my mother in law over me because she thought she’d “upset me” over the phone the last time they called. They should not have my mother in laws number. The only numbers on my sons file were mine and his dads. Disgusting.

If there was an option for -100 stars I’d have put it. Suffer from mental health as it is and the receptionist is a disgrace. Old lady white hair clearly underpaid or she needs to get laid. FIRE HER AND THE SURGERY MIGHT BE O.K HOWEVER WITH THE HAGG ITS DISGUSTING, HOW SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Apparently no space ever even though I was referred by 111….. Absolute Joke

The admin staff in this surgery are horrible and so judgemental. They lack compassion and extremely rude. My friend just called the surgery to request for his repeat hypertension medication and the way they spoke to on phone was extremely rude, the intonation was not therapeutic and they are very judgemental. they even put the phone down on him. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone as they will compound your problem, instead of alleviating it.

Forget captain pugwash and to be honest the last reviews I can't explain but I have been with this practice for 5 years and have had nothing but excellent practice I have had 4 operations referrals done quickly with the speedy help of this practice the staff are friendly and very helpful and have a sense of humour which as we know most don't I highly recommend this G.P and practice

Heartless Doctor, keen to fob you off and not to help once he realises you have moved 3miles away from his surgery. Will not see you, offer you an appointment and says go to A&E your no longer my problem. New GP said I must use old GP until registration is complete. No wonder so many people die every year! Avoid this surgery.
