AVOID this company! I no not recommend coming to Upper and Lower for your embroidery and screen printing. The embroidery was gappy and poorly done. The screen printing wasn’t applied properly and immediately started cracking as soon as it was used. When I informed them of this they only made excuses and said it would need to be cured again (which I knew wouldn’t help at all). 7 months later, the garments have only been washed a few times and the paint is crumbling and coming off in the wash and onto my other garments. I’ve had many garments screen printed in the past and they’ve never had to be re-cured and have lasted more than 5 years without cracking or crumbling to this degree. This is by far the worst technique I’ve ever encountered. They wouldn’t offer me a refund or nothing, therefore, unfortunately I find myself writing this review. Very disappointed as the garments used cost quite a lot and now they’re practically ruined. There is no pride in their workmanship and zero quality whatsoever. I should have gone elsewhere. AVOID at all costs!
