Hi At the end of autumn and beginning of winter the underfloor heating in one of my zones stops working. This has happened for the past 4 years. Plumbers charge me £100-£200 to fix it. I was getting stressed, thinking I would have to pay out again. So I phoned Uponor customer services and I spoke to Dave. He knew exactly what the problem was and advised me how to fix it. Honestly, it was fixed in seconds and he saved me at least £100. I really appreciate his professionalism, patients and specially his humour:) Thank you Dave at Uponor.

Dear Wayne Many thanks for for your programming support on my Uponor underfloor heating system . After the initial changes of turning the bypass system off and the pump still not turning off during the eco phase, I went through the whole process again yesterday afternoon, checking all room settings, eco settings and the bypass settings; whilst nothing appeared to be incorrect it was worth doing...... at 08:00 this morning the pump and boiler went silent,, first time in three months, Many many thanks for helping me to save electricity and oil and quieten the house down during the day and overnight. Many thanks for your support, it is truly superb and invaluable. Please pass this to your manager, as you deserve a bonus and or a pay rise. for all the help and proving that it is the people that make great companies . Thanks again Ian Coupland

Our underfloor heating broke down and we were badly let down by the guy who fitted the system (independent engineer not Uponor UK) we were eventually given their support number and spoke to Wayne Harris who talked us through the fault, we had to get another Gas company out as no-one in Cornwall deal with this system. Adam from DL gas services came out and was able to fix the fault with Waynes support and knowledge at the end of a telephone. Without Wayne I am absolutely certain we would still be without heating, and Adam would agree with this. Thank you to Wayne for his patience and incredible knowledge, everything is finally working properly.

I contacted Uponor 3 years years ago for help with the controls on our underfloor heating. I spoke with Wayne Harris who from the outset was extremely helpful. He asked me for photos of our current controls and when he received these provided a design for replacement items, and also suggested an experienced installer. I've contacted Wayne a few times over the last few years for queries about our installation and for help with a replacement part and he has always been helpful and patient with me! Where needed he has talked me through any configuration changes which have been required. I am delighted that I contacted Uponor in the first instance for the quality of their products as well as the excellent customer support that Wayne has provided.

We've had Uponor underfloor heating at our house for over 10 years now. Very reliable brand and what's even more important, they have some really amazing people working for them. Had issue with underfloor heating and contacted Uponor for support, because couldn't figure out the issue. Wayne from Uponor helped me to identify the issue, provided me with useful local contacts in case I need to call an engineer out to install a replacement part and helped to fix heating in our house. Without Wayne's help I don't even know how much longer it'd take to fix the issue, but he made it easy and was ready to help every step of the way. So grateful to Wayne, and they have a nice network of engineers who specialise in Uponor. So far everyone I worked with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend Uponor as a brand to go for for plumbing and underfloor heating. Thank you!

We use Uponor Q&E pipe and fittings which has been almost faultless in the 5 years we have been fitting it. We also use Uponor underfloor heating controls recently fitting 3x X-265 controllers and 12 stats in one house. Setting them up was fairly straight forward when I did get stuck their technical support was second to none. Great products with great service

Hi. Fitted a Uponor underfloor heating system. Manifold giving lot of problems with leaks. Pins under the actuator getting jammed. Spoke to technical but not helpful at all. Blaming the water in the system. Absolutely useless. Wud never use their system again. Chap in technical not helpful at all.
