On social-media Edward is the point of contact for uplift finance however staff told me that 'Edward has taken a back-seat and no longer deals directly' my biggest let down is "why mislead public in your U-tube videos when you aren't actively involved or reachable???" Anyway, when I rang uplift finance on 6.6.22, there was this automated msg 'all phone lines are engaged' consequently NO ANSWER so I left a voicemail. HOURS later a lady called Danielle rang me back, it wasn't an appropriate moment for me to hold a personal conversation so I requested Danielle to pls call back in 5 minutes. I waited waited and waited for more than 40 minutes, nobody from uplift finance rang me back. Complete waste of my time and effort as I awaited up-till 1 HOUR! I then rang uplift finance (surprise surprise) phone rang, nobody answered, I rang 4 times!! Today is 7.6.22 (24 hrs later, nobody rang me back, NO courtesy, NO decency at uplift finance!) My honest advise to any potential client will be 'please do yourself a favour and AVOID UPLIFT FINANCE 100% I found them MISLEADING, UNRELIABLE, A DISCREDITED FIRM!

Would definitely recommend. Having had an atrocious experience with a very well known large firm with their own brokers (currently still waiting for a response from my formal complaint) I switched to Tom at Uplift, who has shown what real service is. Incredibly helpful, great with updates, and managed to get my mortgage offer within the same time it took the other firm to even call me back. It wasnt an easy job due to the circumstances, but advised well, did his job and always updated me and help with questions. Well worth his fee.

I called Edward during the first UK lockdown to enquire about getting a mortgage. Edward couldn't have been more patient and helpful. He listened to all my dumb questions and laid out the whole process in very simple terms so I felt knowledgeable enough to go ahead. After a very long and tedious process (from the sellers end) we got the house! Edward was amazing! He kept us in the know about what was going on, went out of his way to make sure everything was running as smooth as possible and also regularly checking in on us to make sure we were feeling good about the way things were going. We really couldn't have done it without Edward and I highly recommend him as a broker. I have told everyone I know about him!
