May - Yet another excellent all- round experience. Had my vehicle recovered directly to Upfront, who received it, diagnosed it and repaired it extremely quickly even though it was the bank holiday week. Diagnosed lack of drive as broken clutch, but back on the road now, so important for me as it is a work vehicle. January - Fixed troublesome intermittent Engine Warning Light, got me back on the road super quickly. Brilliant, fast, friendly service, very reasonable prices. 10/5 in my eyes. This is the first time I have used Upfront Autos and I was drawn to them from other reviews after spending time trying to find a trust worthy wont rip you off garage . Well I’ve found it - such a refreshing change - very professional customer service and maybe more or certainly equally as important extremely knowledgable mechanic . You can tell straight away that a mechanic has a true love for cars and the knowledge has been gained over years of working with them . Fixed everything on my VW T5 Caravelle that needed doing (Previously bodged) for the MOT.. transparent and clearly described any faults etc prompt and professional knowledgeable service . You won’t have to worry that you are being ripped off or parts just getting replaced for the sake of it as they don’t know what’s wrong ! Also location is excellent no fighting with traffic to get there. Will continue to go back . Fantastic service. Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I had no heating in my electric car during the really cold period. I texted the number on their website at 7.30 one evening, not for a minute expecting a response but Matt the owner responded within 5 minutes offering for me to take my car in the next day. Re gassed for a lot less than another major garage.

Outstanding service, really! Having tried the range of local & dealer garages in my time I used Fixter for the cashback and they matched me up with Upfront Automotive in Droxford who I wouldn't otherwise have found/considered. I will go direct next time. In summary they were superb, offering the results of a far more expensive specialist garage (my diesel car had broken down and when it happened a couple of years ago only a diesel specialist garage local to me was able to get it going, and they had a 2 month queue...), with recovery & delivery back, all for a very reasonable price. They also had heaps of helpful tips on the phone which I'd never had or heard before. I will definitely return to Upfront Automotive in future - can't recommend them enough!
