So impressed with the upcycled washing machine that was delivered yesterday. Pristine condition and works beautifully. Considering I hadn’t even seen it that’s so good. I referred to it as secondhand but was corrected immediately by Chris and upcycling carefully explained to me, secondhand means used not every part cleaned checked and replaced if faulty. I came to Chris after calling the community furniture project, my go to place, and discovering they had no washing machines at the moment, finding Chris and his upcycling project was a truly great find. Great service too. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant.

Very pleased with replacement machine. Looks brand new 👍 Both engineers were very professional and very respectful of property when removing old machine and installing replacement (I'm in a 1st floor flat so wasn't easiest of jobs). Would definitely recommend 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic service! Purchased our upcycled tumble dryer in January and it has been amazing. It recently stopped working (right before Christmas) so I messaged Chris even though I knew it was past the warranty and he explained what the problem was, the pump had failed, he offered to fix it for us but I wasn’t able to take the tumble dryer to him so he sold us the new pump and talked us through how to replace it ourselves! Absolutely amazing and a life saver! Couldn’t recommend this company enough for the quick, friendly and helpful service! My tumble dryer is now fixed and good to go again! Very happy customer!

Messaged Chris due to ripped seal on current washing machine. Chris arranged for Sean to come around and sadly was not worth the repair. Chris was excellent and accommodating and was able to sell us an upgraded model and fair price. Within 2 hours he had collected the broken one. He replaced and installed the new one at same time. First wash, so far so good. It's only when you don't have one you realise how much you use it. Chris understood this.
