I chatted with Andy so he could understand a bit about my son and what we were looking for. He matches us up with some great tutors who have quickly established where the gaps in his knowledge are and which skills to work on. It has been reassuring in light of the lockdown to help my son catch up ans have support on subjects he missed or didn’t fully understand and the tutors are now focusing on getting him exam ready for his GCSEs. Highly recommend. I highly recommend Jane for English tuition. She is encouraging and supportive and manages to keep my easily distracted 15 year old engaged. Since she started there has been an improvement in my son’s written work across all subjects as in addition to Jane helping with the texts he is learning she also gives him general essay and exam technique advice. Jane has also won over my dogs who look forward to her visit each week. John has been great at working with my rather reluctant teenage son with his GCSE maths revision. He is patient and good humoured and my son is improving so he must be getting the message through.
