Very disappointed- drove 45 miles to check this store out and buy some new running shoes( seen in sale online) only to discover the shop did not hold very many sale items! Also wanted to check out my running gait but the assistant was very reluctant for me to use the facility saying if I was happy with how I was running then I should stick with a neutral shoe. I left empty handed and without any additional knowledge as to what running shoe to buy other than “ if you’re happy with your existing shoe then stick with it! “ Definitely did not live up to my expectations!

Popped in to get my very first pair of running shoes and figured I should do this properly so drove out to Shrewsbury to sort. The chap who helped me was really friendly and got me into some neutral shoes for a quick run on the treadmill, then he recorded it and analysed it with me, talking me through what he could see. He recommended some shoes to suit, although I was slightly limited by size as I've got quite small feet, but I wasn't really fussed on style or colour so long as they were comfy and did the job! I left the shop very excited and happy with my new shoes, and when the time comes to get more, I'll be back. I've used these for several weeks and they were 100% the right choice for me, as a new runner I'm pleasantly surprised by how much a proper pair of shoes can do for your run 😍

Best place if you want to find the right shoes for your feet, either for running or walking. Excellent service, we had been to other shops as well, never felt as good as Shrewsbury's. My husband had got gait analysis done and found the right shoes for him long back. So I came back to this branch and got the best pair.

The most friendly and knowledgeable staff, first time doing gait analysis and the guy (didn't get his name sadly) went through everything with me and gave me plenty of choice. So much knowledge and absolutely no pressure or rush to buy, I came away with some lovely new trainers and having learnt lots about my style. Would 100% recommend

Absolutely brilliant service. Visited on Saturday 17th Dec for a new pair of gym trainers and the shop assistant (I didn't catch his name!) was just so knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel rushed at all and came away with a pair that fit brilliantly. Would recommend to anyone.
