I’ve just been to Up and Running and they were so lovely and helpful! I really recommend popping in, if you need anything running related. Chris helped me find the right trainers. He was really knowledgable and explained everything including how they should fit (I learnt a lot) and checked everything with my jog on the treadmill. The pair I wanted wasn’t in my size so the other guy (sorry I didn’t catch your name) rang another store to have them delivered to a different store which is easier for me to collect them from- really helpful and kind! There was a few people in the shop and Chris and his colleague created a warm friendly vibe- both are clearly passionate about running and really supportive to other runners. Thanks again for sorting me out and it’s good to know I’ve got a place to go!
