    We visited Up & Running today to buy trainers for my wife. After trying a number of options on following good advice based on her requirements, it became apparent the right size wasn’t available in the trainers she preferred and wouldn’t be due to our time limits. Regardless, sound advice continued and the customer service remained, this wasn’t the case in another shop we visited afterwards, the salesman walking away without a goodbye once he realised a sale wasn’t possible. We did book a gait analysis session and will continue to visit Up & Running, great shop, excellent customer service, thank you.
