Quick and simple replacement of ancient unit with new modern unit. So quiet can hardly hear it. They had a cancellation so can me the next day. I like putting it on from bed in the morning using the app on my phone so it’s warm when I go downstairs. Looking forward to getting another unit in the loft room where it gets super hot in summer. Installation 10/10 ... location of external pipes and units 10/10 absolute spot in workmanship. Also glad I took Bryans advice on these specific units, the matt while really blends in well. Communications 7/10 which is the only reason I dropped a star, but will happily update that in the Summer when they come to perform the 1st annual service check to maintain the warranty for the kit, as long as they turn up... watch this review for an update in June 2023. If you are looking for anything related to aircon then look no further than UP North Airconditioning LTD. Brian and his company is by far the best service I have ever experienced with any company. In such extreme cold temperatures the heating element on my aircon packed up. I must have phoned around 20 companies in desperate need of help but no one would help me. I phoned Brian and explained my situation he showed empathy over the phone for my situation and came out to see me within the hour. He gave a thorough inspection and fixed the problem temporarily. Brian will be back to fix and solve the problem permanently after the festive holidays. In a world where everyone is in a rush and no one has anytime Brian listened and went above and beyond.
