Just found this store, an Aladdin’s cave of goodies. The two staff members that helped me fund some Patagonia gear were amazing, welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. Forget the multiple branch retailers who sell nothing special and shop here. Absolutely blown away by the service so thanks to the tall American and the ex sprinter.

In 2021, I bought a Rab Capacitor Hoody from the Rab website, and about a year later, I saw the same Hoody at Up and Over, but for some reason the shape seemed different and the quality seemed lower, so I thought maybe the quality of Rab clothing was getting worse. However, I recently bought a second Rab Capacitor Hoody from the Rab website, thinking I could send it back if the quality is indeed lower, but it turned out to be exactly the same shape and quality as the first Hoody I bought. So it leads me to believe that the Rab Capacitor Hoody at Up and Over may not be a genuine Rab product. I think Up and Over need to check their supply chain.
